What most cleaners will not take: sneakers brought back, leather conditioned, hats reshaped.
What we take
Sneakers and running shoes
Midsoles, uppers and laces cleaned separately by hand. Tell us if a pair is rare or fragile.
Leather and suede shoes
Cleaned, conditioned and brought back to color. Suede brushed, not washed. Winter salt marks come out.
Boots
Work boots, dress boots and UGG-style sheepskin, treated so it does not go hard and flat.
Hats and caps
Caps cleaned without crushing the brim. Felt and straw hats cleaned, blocked and reshaped.
How much does shoe cleaning cost?
Priced per pair once we have seen them, because every pair is a different job. You get the price and turnaround before anything starts.
Expect several days rather than two.

We will tell you what is not fixable
A loose sole, a worn crease, lifted dye: you hear it before you pay.

Say if they are valuable
Limited pairs, vintage leather, an heirloom hat. We talk you through the plan first.
If it is not right, bring it back
Come back within seven days with the item and we will put it right, re-do it, or make it good another way. The same promise is printed and signed on the card at our counter.
Active duty, veterans and first responders get 10% off. Mention it at drop-off or when you schedule a pickup.
