Dropping off and collecting
How long does dry cleaning take?
Most orders are ready in two business days. Drop off today and it is usually waiting for you the day after next.
Wash and fold is the exception and comes back the same day at no extra charge.
Do you do same-day service?
Not for dry cleaning, where two business days is the standard.

Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. We run the route twice a week in Stafford, Woodbridge and Fredericksburg, at no extra charge. Leave your bag somewhere we can reach it and we bring everything back cleaned and pressed. No membership and no minimum order.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on Sunday.
Where are you?
50 Foreston Woods Dr, Unit 107, Stafford, VA 22554, with parking right outside. Drop-off and pickup take about a minute.
Prices and discounts
What does it cost?
A washed and pressed shirt is $3.11, a dry cleaned shirt or blouse is $4.10, a two piece suit is $14.00, and wash and fold is $2.25 per pound.
Do I need a membership or an account?
Not for anything on the price list. Bring in one shirt if that is all you have, and pickup and delivery costs nothing either way.
The one optional extra is a monthly wash and fold plan, which is worth it only if you send laundry most weeks. Everything else is pay as you go.
Businesses and hotels can open an account with scheduled pickup and monthly billing if that is easier than paying order by order.
Is there a discount on my first pickup?
Yes. New customers get $10 off their first pickup order of $25 or more. Schedule it online or by phone and we take it off when your order is checked in.
If a friend referred you, their referral card's $10 comes off as well, so a referred first pickup is $20 off.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, 10% off for active duty, veterans and first responders. Mention it when you drop off or when you schedule a pickup and we will take it off the order.
What we can clean
Do you do alterations?
Yes, and our tailors work here in the building rather than at another shop, so most jobs come back in about a day. A hem is $15.00, a zipper replacement $25.00, a waist adjustment $20.00 and a button $3.00.
Bring the shoes you plan to wear with the pants so we can set the length against them.
Can you clean a wedding gown?
Yes, cleaned on its own or cleaned and boxed for storage. Gowns are quoted when we see them.
Gowns take longer than a normal order, and we will tell you how long when you bring it in.
Can you clean comforters, curtains and rugs?
Yes. Comforters, duvet covers, blankets, pillows, curtains, tablecloths and area rugs. A twin or full comforter is $40 and a queen or king is $50. Large items are cleaned flat and dried properly so the filling does not clump.
What about leather, suede and shoes?
Yes to all of them. Leather, suede, boots, shoes and handbags are specialty items, so they are quoted when we see them and they take longer than a standard order.
Your order
How will I know when my order is ready?
We text or email you as soon as it is finished. Every item is tagged to your ticket as it is counted in, so we can always tell you exactly what is in your order.
What if something is not right?
Call us at (240) 386-7703 and tell us what happened, or bring the item back with your ticket so we can look at it.
