Our tailors work here in the building, so most jobs come back in about a day and we can pin it while you wait.
Roxana does the fitting
Most of the alteration work goes through Roxana, and customers ask for her by name. She will tell you honestly whether a garment can be fixed well, or is better left alone.
Bring the shoes you plan to wear with the pants. Length is set against the shoe.

Bigger jobs are quoted once we have seen the garment. Send alterations on their own or with a cleaning order.
The jobs we get asked for most
Uniforms and service dress
Patches, name tapes, taking in a blouse or jacket, setting pants to the right break. We know what the inspection is looking for.
Gowns, formal and bridal
Hemming a gown with a train, taking in a bodice, a broken zip the week of the event. Bring it early, bring the shoes, and tell us the date.
If it is not right, bring it back
Come back within seven days with the item and we will put it right, re-do it, or make it good another way. The same promise is printed and signed on the card at our counter.
Active duty, veterans and first responders get 10% off. Mention it at drop-off or when you schedule a pickup.
