Business and commercial accounts
Regular pickup, one invoice, and pricing built around what you send.
Which businesses do you work with?
Any business where clean fabric is part of the job.
Aprons, chef whites, tablecloths and napkins, towels, scrubs and lab coats, uniforms, curtains, entrance mats.
How it works
-
We collect and return
On a schedule that suits your week rather than ours. Free, the same as for households.
-
One invoice
Rather than a receipt every visit for somebody to reconcile later.
-
You are dealing with the shop
Not a call center. If something is wrong, the person who answers can actually fix it.
Priced per account, not off the retail list. Tell us what a week looks like and we will put a number to it.
Business account questions
Is there a minimum order for a business account?
No. There is no minimum. A business account suits a salon with a few towels a week as well as a restaurant with a full load of linens.
How is a business account different from dropping off as a customer?
It is more flexible. Prices are agreed per account rather than taken off the retail list, so there is room to negotiate on price, pickup schedule and billing.
You get one invoice instead of a receipt every visit, and we keep in touch by email with whoever looks after the account.
Do you pick up from businesses outside Stafford?
Yes. The route covers Stafford, Woodbridge and Fredericksburg, and pickup and delivery is free, the same as for households.
How do I set up an account?
Call (240) 386-7703 or send us a message. Tell us what a normal week looks like and we will put a rate together.
